2. Service Description
DocDroid is an AI-powered health record management platform that allows patients to upload medical reports, receive AI-generated interpretations, track health trends, manage family profiles, and control access to health records by healthcare providers.
3. Medical Disclaimer
DocDroid is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated interpretations are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by DocDroid.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not upload content that is not a legitimate medical document. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all health data and documents you upload to DocDroid. By using the Service, you grant DocDroid a limited license to process your documents for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocDroid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from AI interpretation errors.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
